Expeditions and returns
Shipping of your package
Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment. They are shipped via DHL with a tracking number and delivered without a signature. Whatever delivery method you choose, we'll send you a link to track your package online. You also have access to your tracking number in "My Account" and "order history and detail".
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the weight and the total dimension of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and therefore shipping costs apply to each of them. Your package is shipped with special attention to fragile items.
Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
Estimate shipping and delivery times and order status
- The indication "Preparation in progress" Indicates that our team starts the preparation of your order in order to ship it the same day.
- The "In the course of delivery" indication gives an estimate of when the item will leave our warehouses for delivery. The items in your order will be shipped as soon as they are available if you order products that are not in stock and therefore in indication "In the course of restocking".
- The indication "Delivered" indicates that your parcel has been delivered to you.
All estimates are expressed in working days unless otherwise stated.
Tracking your order
You can track the status of your order on our website in your account "order history and detail", 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The tab "History and details of my orders" allows you to consult the state of your order, with the details of the items ordered, their estimated shipping and delivery dates and the evolution of the delivery. Depending on the payment method chosen and the status of your order, you can also:
- Change your email address.
- Change your delivery or billing address.
- Cancel all or part of your order.
- Reprint an invoice.
- Start the process of returning all or part of your order.
Modification of your order
Once your order is ready for shipment or has been shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address. If you have any questions, please contact World's Art Customer Service. If you have not yet received your e-mail notice of shipment, please contact World's Art Customer Service to modify it.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
Return and refund:
- The provisions regarding returns can be taken online, on the site in "order history and detail". Returns are governed by the terms of sale and reimbursement in force at World's Art. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return (at your expense) your product provided that the package has not been opened.
Warning :
- In the case where the customer would make a mistake when ordering and would like a return with refund, World's Art will be held to refund the amounts paid by the customer, without charge, with the exception of shipping and return. The refund is due within a maximum of 30 days.
Cancellations:
- If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request cancellation online, on the site in "order history and detail".
- If your order is being prepared for delivery or if it is already a party, please wait for it to be delivered before starting the process of return on the site in "order history and detail" or by contacting World's Art Customer Service. Please note that you may have to pay a return fee.
Missed deliveries
Delivery by carrier:
- If you are not there when the carrier tries to deliver your order, it will leave you a notice of passage. You can then contact him directly to set a new delivery date at your usual office hours or to propose another delivery address.
- If the delivery date indicated in your e-mail notification has passed, please contact World's Art Customer Service. We will inquire with the carrier and will do our best to ensure that.
Delivery by carrier:

Postal delivery:
- if you are not on site for a postal delivery or if your order can not be delivered, a notice of passage indicating the methods of removal will be left. In most cases, you can pick up your order at the nearest post office or arrange for a new delivery.
Damaged commands
- If you receive your order and notice that its contents are damaged, please call World's Art Customer Service.
- If the content of your order is damaged, World's Art will come into direct contact with the carrier to resolve the problem as soon as possible, causing you the least inconvenience possible. We will endeavor to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation. Remember that any damaged product upon arrival must be reported to World's Art customer service before the 7 day cancellation period expires. We inform you that after finalizing your payment, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail that summarizes the details and indicates the estimated time of shipping and delivery for each item. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification of shipment indicating the carrier name, tracking information and an estimated delivery date. Please make sure that the email address on your order is correct or that the email has not been sent directly to a spam folder.
Preparation Time
Our preparation times are from 24H to 48H depending on the items ordered. All orders placed after Thursday 11:00 am to Friday 11:00 am will be shipped on Monday.
For orders by check, or transfer: the preparation time is the same, but it is appropriate to add the time of routing and cashing the check or transfer (approximately 2 to 5 days).

Prices
The shipping costs for orders to a member country of the European Union are inclusive of VAT. For a country outside the EU, the shipping costs are excluding VAT.
Customs fees and taxes
Shipping costs (and the basket) for orders to a member country of the European Union are inclusive of VAT (Taxe include). For destinations outside the EU, postage (and shopping cart) are exclusive of VAT.
These fees do not include any taxes and customs duties to be paid by the customer.
If your destination is the Army, you must select France SP followed by the number of your Postal Sector.
